Ⅰ. Orders
All orders are subject to confirmation by both parties.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate specifications, including size, material, printing details, and quantities.
Once artwork and specifications are approved, the order will be considered final and ready for production.
II. Pricing & Payment
All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified.
A 50% deposit is required to confirm the order and begin production.
The remaining 50% balance must be fully paid prior to shipment.
Payments can be made via bank transfer, Wise, PayPal, or other agreed methods.
Failure to complete payment on time may result in delays or cancellation of the order.
III. Artwork & Proofing
Customers must review and approve all artwork, dielines, and proofs before production.
We are not responsible for errors (including spelling, layout, or design issues) once approval has been given.
Color variations may occur due to differences in printing processes and materials.
IV. Production
Production time typically ranges from 10–20 working days after final approval and deposit payment.
Production time may vary depending on order quantity, complexity, and seasonal workload.
Any changes requested after production has started may result in additional costs and delays
V. Delivery & Shipping
Shipping can be arranged by sea, air, or courier based on customer preference.
Estimated shipping times:
Sea freight: 25–40 days
Air freight: 5–10 days
Express courier: 3–7 days
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, weather, or logistics factors beyond our control.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.
VI. Inspection & Acceptance
Customers are encouraged to inspect goods upon arrival.
Any claims regarding defects, damages, or shortages must be reported within 7 days of delivery, with supporting photos or videos.
Failure to report within this period will be considered acceptance of the goods.
VII. Refund & Return Policy
Due to the customized nature of our products, all orders are non-refundable once production has begun.
In case of verified quality issues caused by us, we will offer:
Depending on the specific issue, we may either remake the defective item or offer a partial refund.
Minor variations (such as slight color differences or size tolerances) are not considered defects.
VIII. Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled before production starts.
Once production has commenced, cancellation is not allowed.
Any costs already incurred (materials, plates, printing setup, etc.) will be charged.
IX. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied.
We are not responsible for indirect losses, including but not limited to loss of business, profits, or reputation.
X. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, pandemics, labor disputes, or government actions.
